Most of us first learn to play guitar by watching and learning from a friend. This is the basis upon what this site is about except here your 'bud' will play the same thing over and over again without complaint. Here you will learn songs and how to play the guitar with these free online guitar video lessons and instruction. These free online guitar lessons cover everything from basics through advanced licks and chops and lots of videos simply showing you how to play the songs.
And it's all free! No strings attached! (please excuse the pun)
The free online guitar lessons on this site are for the beginner, intermediate and the professional who perhaps would like to simply find a song to learn or find that missing chord that is driving them crazy. However just like your friend next door, not all these guys are going to play it right so we don't guarantee what you learn here is accurate in anyway as these are for the most part volunteers using a webcam. Others on this site are more professional as they are promoting either a website such as Guitar Tricks or products like Rock School.
No need to download anything as these free online guitar lessons are streamed and ready to play over and over again. We will be adding links as we go so keep checking back as we work to improve the site. We hope you find the site enjoyable and a great learning experience. Also as time goes on we will be adding more and more on how to play songs.
